    Frequently asked questions

Why is the download a ZIP instead of one JPG?
Each PDF page becomes its own JPG or PNG image. The images are packaged together in one ZIP archive.
    Can I adjust JPG quality?
Yes. Choose JPG and a quality value from 10 to 100. PNG output does not use the JPG quality setting.
Will I be able to select text in a page image?
A page image contains pixels, not selectable document text. Use OCR PDF when you need recognized text.
Where does PDF to JPG process my file?
PDF to JPG uploads the input to the server for processing. Conversion results are stored for re-download until deleted; the memory cleanup timer does not delete stored results. See the Privacy Policy for current retention details.
